unwind

it's a crazy day
and come what may
you know I'll always be right here

all this runnin around
up and downtown
isn't gonna make things better

but when we get home tonight
turn up the music, bring down the lights
lay your head right here on me
and we're gonna see
when you unwind with me
we'll take time to see
just how sweet things can be

it won't take long
to undo all the wrong
and tap into some love-energy
when you unwind with me
traffic's a mess
and so is my desk
just like I left it yesterday

but when i remind me
how glad i'll be to see
you by me at the end of the day

and when we get home tonight
turn up the music, bring down the lights
lay your head right here on me
and we're gonna see
when you unwind with me
we'll take time to see
just how sweet things can be

it won't take long
to undo all the wrong
and tap into some love-energy
when you unwind with me

unwind
it's fine
for you to unwind with me

Why is it that everyone (nearly) uses 'i' for 'I'? It seems so negative to me. Why should you feel so when you write like this? You have no need. I cannot hear, but your words bring the music to me. Thanking you.
